Quay Boats is run by Beverley and her husband Simon, both Yachtmasters. We have many years of boating experience, racing, cruising and liveaboard and ocean sailing. Together we sailed our engineless gaff cutter over 12,000 miles around the North Atlantic. Beverley has business experience and built up her own business which she sold as a successful going concern after 11 years. Simon has also been a director of a partnership, and spent periods as a professional boat builder and designer, commercially building his designs in GRP and cold moulded strip planking. He has also spent several years doing full-time wooden yacht restoration. All this experience makes us feel confident that we can select a boat for you to buy that will be just right, or if you are selling a boat, we will find the right buyer for your own boat. NEW STORAGE DEAL --- SPECIAL OFFER In partnership with VOYAGER BOATYARD we are able to offer new customers a special storage deal. HALF PRICE STORAGE from April to September for any boat brought to the yard intending to go onto brokerage. Voyager Boatyard offers dry storage ashore, some under cover storage and majority outdoors. For outdoor storage there is a limit of maximum weight on travel lift of approx. 12 tons. Larger vessels may be accommodated with the slipway hoist and cradle but have to be stored in the main shed. Catamarans and Trimarans catered for too! The boat has to be new to the yard and has to be seriously for sale with Quay Boats or Quay Catamarans to qualify for this special offer. Cost of liftouts and other yard work at normal full price. Rates for storage resume to normal full price in October and throughout the winter.
